Android P is officially called Android 9 Pie, and it has started to roll out to Pixel users yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, this time Google tested its new powerful OS by rolling it out with a huge number of beta testers who signed up for the\u00a0Android Beta program. This program lets the users try out pre-release versions of the software, and will also be receiving the update by the &#8220;end of this fall,&#8221; only if they are using devices from Sony Mobile, Xiaomi, HMD Global, Oppo, Vivo, OnePlus, and Essential.<\/p>\n<p>Google also revealed that they are working with other partners to launch or upgrade devices with Android Pie &#8220;this year,&#8221; but the exact dates are yet to announced.<\/p>\n<p>Social Champ will be covering all the important feature updates of the shiny new OS Update!<\/p>\n<h2>Adaptive Battery<\/h2>\n<p>As revealed in Google I\/o 2018, Google partnered with\u00a0DeepMind\u00a0on a feature called\u00a0Adaptive Battery\u00a0that uses machine learning to prioritize system resources for the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.socialchamp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> apps<\/a> the user cares about most.
