Organic Reach

[ awr-gan-ik reech ]

Organic Reach is a social media performance metric used to identify the number of unique accounts that have shown interest in your content. The word ‘Organic’ refers to a naturally-targeted audience. All the promotional tools and elements used to boost the visibility of the content are excluded from the organic reach analysis.

If a user visits your profile based on interest or any non-paid referral, this also counts as an organic reach. It is important for a company to achieve a better organic reach so that the credibility of the content produced and an interactive customer relationship remain intact.

Example

The number of likes and shares on your latest social media posts without any boost up is an example of organic Reach.
