Thread refers to Twitter Threads. They are the strings of connected tweets from one person to make up a conversation. Twitter Threads allow you to create additional content, a new update, and an extended point connecting multiple tweets. These threads are powerful ways to tell a story, share a quick update, and connect with your new followers. Threads can be either loaded with a bunch of images or can be text-based.
When someone posts a Twitter thread with 2 to 3 tweets, it will generally appear on your timeline with a line that will distinguish them as a bundle. When more than 3 Threads appear on your timeline, these tweets will be truncated, and you will see an option ‘Show This Thread.’ Twitter Threads display separately on each profile in reverse chronological order.
