CTR (Click-Through-Rate)

[see-tee-ar]

Click-Through-Rate (CTR) is a metric that measures the percentage of users who click on a specific link out of the total number of users who view a webpage, email, or advertisement. It is calculated by dividing the number of clicks by the number of impressions and multiplying by 100.

CTR is an important indicator of the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns, advertisements, and email promotions. It reflects user engagement and interest. A higher CTR suggests that the content or advertisement is compelling and relevant to the audience.

Example

“Our latest email campaign had a CTR of 15%, indicating that a significant portion of recipients found our content engaging and decided to click through to our website.”
