Machine Learning

[muh·sheen luh·nuhng]

Machine learning is a part of artificial intelligence, defined as a machine’s ability to communicate and imitate intelligent human behavior. It helps machines to perform tasks as smartly and efficiently as humans. With machine learning, artificial intelligence can be a significant help for humans. We can see that all around us.

Machine learning is one way of using AI, and according to Arthur Samuel, an AI pioneer, “it is a field of study that gives computers the ability to learn without being programmed.” It enables technology to analyze, monitor, change, and assess to create a more technologically advanced future. It is highly dependent on data and has more chances of accuracy than humans.

Example

Some examples of machine learning are facial recognition, voice assistants, and chatbots.
